Discussion on Planning and Construction Management System for Urban Parking Lots

With the rapid increase in motor vehicle numbers, the problem of parking is becoming more and more prominent in large and medium-sized cities, which Is directly due to the failure of the parking lots in meeting the demand of parking. Therefore it is imperative to establish a planning and construction management system for the parking lots guided by planning, supported by policies, equipped with complete system and advanced management and technology with consideration given to the overall system. The planning and construction management system should be implemented for all the parking lots so as to achieve the balance between supply and demand of parking lots in order to promote the sustainable development in urban traffic.
