武汉城市圈的圈层聚散特征与引导策略研究

都市圈是实现大城市功能疏解与区域协同发展的主要地域层次。文章基于大城市地域的圈层结构特征及聚散规律,分析武汉城市圈三个圈层间人口、经济与城镇空间集聚与扩散的特征,揭示其发展阶段及未来关注重点。研究表明,武汉城市圈正从向心集聚阶段向整体集聚与近域扩散阶段过渡,尽管极化效应依然突出,但核心圈层的扩散效应已经凸显,圈层间的差异不断缩小。基于此,文章提出了圈层聚散规律视角下武汉城市圈的引导策略:核心圈层要吸聚外部资源、疏解非核心功能;紧密圈层强调跨界功能协同、交通一体化疏导与专业性综合新城吸纳;外围圈层要培育次级增长极、集聚发展特色化功能。

Characters of Agglomeration and Diffusion of Wuhan Metropolitan Circles and its Guiding Strategies

Metropolitan area is the main spatial level to decentralize functions of metropolises and to realize regional coordinated development.Based on the features of circle structure and the law of agglomeration and diffusion of metropolitan area,this paper analyzes the characters of population,economy and urban spatial agglomeration and diffusion of each circle of Wuhan Metropolitan area,and reveals its development stage and key points of future development.The research shows that Wuhan Metropolitan area is transferring from the stage of centripetal agglomeration to overall agglomeration and near-field diffusion.Although the agglomeration effect is still prominent,the diffusing effect of the core region has already emerged,and the difference across circles has been narrowing.Based on this,the research puts forward guiding strategies of Wuhan Metropolitan Circle from the perspective of the law of agglomeration and diffusion:the core circle should absorb external resources and disperse marginal functions;the compact circle should emphasize cross-boundary functional coordination,transportation system integration and new city construction;the peripheral circle should cultivate secondary growth pole and gather characteristic functions.
