| 摘 要： | 北海老城的发展经历了一百多年,形成了以商贸为主要特点且融汇中西特色的城市风貌.随着新城的发展,老城的商贸功能逐渐迁移,基础设施也逐渐萎缩,历史文脉日渐断裂.北海老城的保护与复兴应在体现美学意图的同时创造更好的生活环境,以"在创新中怀旧、在利用中保护、在管理中复兴"为理念,运用空间句法、元素叠加的理论方法,为北海老城注入新的发展动力,促使其转变经济结构、改善人居环境、丰富景观内涵,并激活人们的历史记忆,使老城成为"魅力家园".

| Abstract: | In over one hundred year's history,Beihai old city developed Chinese-western architectural feature.Due to the new district development,the old city's commercial activities gradually decayed,the infrastructure falls behind,and the history context is broken.The conservation and regeneration of the old city aims at creating a beautiful environment.With the concept of "commemoration with innovation,conservation with utilization,regeneration with operation",the planning uses space syn-tax and element overlay approaches to restore vitality for the old city by way of economic transformation,improvement of residential environment,and enrichment of landscaping. |
