基于空间生产的苏南乡村空间转型及规划应对

基于新马克思主义空间生产理论,对改革开放以来苏南乡村空间转型驱动机制进行剖析可知,空间生产是推动苏南乡村空间转型的根本动力。根据空间生产的动力,将苏南乡村空间转型划分为乡村自主、市场推动和政府主导三个阶段。而乡村空间生产的内容也由"工业空间生产"向"居住空间生产"转变。针对苏南乡村空间转型面临的多重危机,规划应以"人"的尺度审视、设计空间,并以民主形式推动、实现乡村空间的自我管理,以期减小空间生产的负面影响。

Space Production Based Southern Jiangsu Province Countryside Space Transition

Based on new Marxist space production theory,space production is the essential force of southern Jiangsu countryside space transition.Based on different forces of space production,southern Jiangsu countryside space transition can be divided into countryside dominance,market driven,and government dominance phases.The transition force has shifted from industrial space production to residential space production.With respect to multiple crises of southern Jiangsu countryside space transition,planning should be based on human scale,design space,and democratic approach,for countryside space self governance,and lower negative influence.
