| 摘 要： | 深圳作为一个以暂住人口作为人口结构主体的城市，暂住人口的居住问题对促进经济发展、保持社会安定具有重要的作用。在对深圳暂住人口的构成特征和居住行为进行深入分析的基础上，对暂住人口住房的需求规模、提供方式和空间布局提出了初步的设想，并试图就相关管理部门的政策制定和管理进行实施策略的探讨。

| Abstract: | Temporary residency cardholders comprise the largest segment of Shenzhen population. Therefore adequate housing for those cardholders is important for the city economic development and social stability. In light of their needs and social composition, the author proposes cardholder requirements for obtaining public or subsidized housing, and methods for supplying and locating such housing. The article also discusses ideas for carrying out the managing to the housing. |
