连捷国际中心结构设计

摘    要:连捷国际中心为超B级高度超限高层办公综合楼,地上36层,地下2层,建筑总高度149.9m。主楼结构采用角部带剪力墙的现浇框架-剪力墙结构体系。23层以下主楼范围内框架柱采用型钢混凝土柱,24层至屋顶采用钢筋混凝土柱。采且SATWE、PMSAP程序对结构进行了多遇地震下的反应谱设计和动力弹性时程分析,中震作用下竖向构件抗剪弹性、抗弯不屈服,并进行了罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性分析,结果表明结构抗震性能良好,体系安全可行。

Abstract:LianJie international center for super class B highly overrun high - rise office building, 36 layer on the ground, underground 2 layer, building a total height of 149.9 m.Angle for its main buitding structure with shear wall in the east - in - place frame - shear wall structure system. 23 layer within the scope of the following main frame column with steel reinforced concrete column, 24 to ceiling adopts reinforced concrete column. Mining and SATWE and PMSAP program of structure under severe earthquake response spectrum more design and dynamic elastic time history analysis, under the action of earthquake in verti- cal component not yield shear elasticity, bending, and a severe earthquake was carried out under the action of static elastoplastic analysis, the results show that the structural seismic performance is good, the system is safe and feasible.
