| Abstract: | In this paper,the ambient vibration field-testing of a multi-story masonry structure teaching building was conducted firstly and the dynamic system parameters was identified in the frequency domain by transferring rate method.The 3-D finite element model of MIDAS was constructed and the theoretic modal analysis was performed to generate natural frequencies and mode shapes.Some important results were obtained by comparing the testing modal with the theoretic modal of the teaching building. |
