福建两大都市区建设探讨

福建省提出建设福州和厦漳泉两大都市区,在建设中存在一些亟待解决的问题,如中心城市的辐射带动能力弱、重大基础设施建设亟待统筹、产业发展缺乏有效配合、资源和环境承载压力大等。本文主要从科学编制规划、基础设施共建共享、产业合作共赢、环境共同保护、资源要素统一市场体系建设和区域协调保障机制建立等方面提出加快推进两大都市区建设的对策建议。

Exploration on construction of two metropolises in Fujian

Fujian Province proposed the construction of two metropolitan areas,One is Fuzhou metropolitan areas and the other is XiaZhangQuan metropolitan areas.There are some problems to be solved during the construction,such as the bad radiating and coordinating ability of the central cities,the weakness of the environment,the industrial development is lack of effective co-ordination.This paper presents the general idea of the two major metropolitan area in the next five years,such as infrastructure sharing,industry win-win cooperation,to protect the environment jointly,regional coordination safeguard mechanism to establish.In order to accelerate the construction of two major metropolitan areas.
