历史地段整体性保护与更新策略——以嘉兴子城遗址公园为例

历史性城市景观的理念和整体性保护方法，旨在应对历史城市面临的大规模开发压力，对我国历史地段保护的“碎片化”和“孤岛式”问题具有积极的启示意义。基于整体性视角看待历史与发展、文化价值与自然价值、历史遗产与其背景环境等关系，强调结构关联和历史可读。以嘉兴子城遗址公园为例，进行基于关联性的整体性评估，基于可读性对历史格局、空间尺度和风貌进行空间整合，提高历史地段公共开放性，将保护同城市公共空间的建设相结合，整合历史地段保护与城市各系统，结合一系列建设开发行动构建动态保护体系，以期为保护历史地段整体性和有机更新提供借鉴。

Integrated Preservation and Renewal Strategy of Historic Site: the Case of Jiaxing Zicheng Relic Park

The concept and integrity conservation method of the historic urban landscape, which is designed to deal with the large-scale development pressures that historic sites are facing with, has positive implications for "fragmented" and "island-type" problems of historic sites conservation in China. The paper analyzes the relationships between history and development, cultural and natural value, historical heritage and its background environment based on the perspective of integrity. structural relatedness and historical readability is emphasized. Taking Jaxing Zicheng Relic Park as an example, the paper firstly evaluates integrity of Zicheng historic site based on correlativity. Secondly it integrates historical patterns, spatial scales and features based on readability. Thirdly, it promotes public openness of historic site. Besides, the conservation of Zicheng site should be taken into account with urban systems. Last but not least, a dynamic preservation system is built combining with a series of construction and development operations. Jaxing Zicheng Relic Park attempts to provide as reference for the integrity preservation and renewal of historic sites.
