| 摘 要： | 随着社会进步和文明的发展，20世纪末叶，我国沿袭的功能主义城市住区规划理论已经无法适应时代的要求。基于这种状况，本文引入一种新的思维观念生态的思维观(一般生态学意义上的拓展)，即把城市住区作为一复杂有机的系统看待。与此同时，深入阐述了创建生态化住区模式的几个方面。

| Abstract: | With the development of society and civilization,the old functionalism settlement theory is now out of date. So,this article tries to introduce a new mode of thinking cology into the settlement theory,and looks on the settlement as a complex organic system. At the same time,it discusses how to establish the cology settlement pattern. |
