废弃老建筑群桩内深沟槽大管径雨水管道施工

世博会园区沂雨1号～沂雨5号原设计为准3 000 mm顶管施工,深度为9～11 m。因管道顶进方向存在大量原有厂房建筑的准800 mm钻孔灌注桩而改为开深沟槽埋管。介绍了整个沟槽支撑体系、特殊段沟槽开挖、降水及基底加固、拔桩及回填、管道安装等的设计和施工,并对实际施工中遇到的与设计方案出入处的问题作了具体调整。

On Construction of Rainfall Pipeline with Deep Trench, Big-diameter in the Pile Group of Waste Old Building

The original design of Yiyu No.1 ~ No.5, Shanghai Expo area project, was adopting pipe jacking with 3 000 mm diameter and 9 ~ 11 m depth. The plan was changed to excavate deep trench and to bury pipes because there were a lot of bored piles of the old building with 800 mm diameter in the jacking direction. Some designs and construction demands were introduced including the entire trench supporting system, special section trench excavation, rainfall, foundation strengthening, pile pulling, backfill and pipelaying. Meanwhile, the detailed adjustment for the problems of practical construction and design plan was given.
