| Abstract: | Changzhou viaduct project has adopted the BOT construction mode, which was managed by Shanghai Urban Construction Group Co. Ltd. The project has been completed on schedule and the viaduct has entered into operation successfully through some good management modes including investment & financing management, agreed responsibilities by main partners and measurement & payment management. |
