| 摘 要： | 大量的老旧社区住宅以及住宅社区的设计已经满足不了当前的养老需求，如何通过建筑设计的手段对旧住宅社区外部环境和养老设施的改造使其在一定程度上面更加的适合老年人的居住要求以及生活需求。本文将从住区环境、社区设施两个方面进行分析研究。
