| 摘 要： | 位于渝中半岛下半城的历史街区经历了重庆城市发展的重要阶段，孕育了近代的航运码头文化和重庆近代工业，是城市交通和工业发展建设的见证。现代交通模式的改变直接导致依托于航运码头集散的工业街区的衰败。十八梯历史街区就是渝中半岛下半城为数不多还现存的历史街区之一。文章通过比尔·希列尔的“空间句法”计算和模拟，从中观层面入手，对十八梯历史街区的中心集市、2#街活化方案产生积极的讨论，验证活化策略，为此类历史街区活化找寻积极的方法。

| Abstract: | Yuzhong historic districts Located at the Chongqing peninsula undergo important stages of urban development, gave birth to the modern shipping dock culture and modern industry, witness the development of urban trafic and industrial. Modern trafic modes directly lead to the decline of historical block. Shiba Ti historic district is one of the existing historical blocks in Yuzhong peninsula of Chongqing. In this paper based on the calculation and simulation of "space syntax" to explore the rehabilitation of Shiba Ti Central Bazaar and 2# street in medium measure, and to find proactive approaches for this kind of historical districts Rehabilitation. |
