磷酸镁水泥砂浆强度影响因素研究

摘    要:试验研究了水泥比表面积、胶砂比、水胶比、缓凝剂和养护方式等因素对磷酸镁水泥砂浆强度的影响。研究结果表明:磷酸镁水泥砂浆强度随着水泥比表面积的增大而增大;随着胶砂比的降低,水泥砂浆强度迅速降低,高早强磷酸镁水泥砂浆的胶砂比不应低于1:1;提高水胶比和硼砂掺量,磷酸镁水泥砂浆强度明显降低;磷酸镁水泥基砂浆宜采用空气自然养护,不宜水中养护。

Abstract:The influence of specific surface area of the Magnesia-phosphate cement (MPC) , MPC-sand ratio, water-MPC ratio, content of retarding admixture and the curing on the strength of the Magnesia-phosphate Cement mortar were studied. The results show that the strength of MPC mortar increases with the increasing of the specific surface area of MPC, while the strength MPC mortar decrease with the decreasing of MPC-sand ratio, the increasing of water- MPC ratio and the content of retarding admixture. The strength of mortar in air is higher than that of the mortar in warter.
