摘    要:本文根据多层砖房的墙肢震害规律,归纳并阐述了地震剪力分配的“剪弯变形法”。并选取住宅、医院、教学楼、办公楼、旅馆等不同用途的房屋共1037例,利用电子计算机,按照较精确的“剪弯变形法”和粗略的“面积率法”,进行地震剪力分配和抗震强度校核的对比计算,从而给出简捷的并具有较高精度的适用于不同情况多层砖房抗震强度验算的“修正面积率法”,误差不超过10%。

Abstract:Based on various phenomena of the earthquake damaged wall in masonry buildings, this paper presents a "shear-bending deformation method" for determining the distribution of earthquake shear force among wall in various stories. Seismic analysis and strength examination of 1037 building examples of different uses, such as apartments, hospitals, schools, office buildings, hotels etc. were made with electronic computer by two different methods, the comparatively exact method- "shear-bending deformation method" ,and the approximate method-"area percentage method". By comparing the results of earthquake shear distribution and aseismic resistance of these two methods, a new method called "modified area percentage method" is developed. The suggested method is quite accuracte and simple in form. It can be used in seismic analysis and strength examination for different types of masonry buildings with error not more than 10%.
