粉煤灰混凝土黏结性能试验研究

摘    要:通过对粉煤灰混凝土黏结试件的直接拔出试验和梁式试验,分析粉煤灰掺量、钢筋种类、钢筋直径、混凝土强度和混凝土保护层厚度等因素对黏结性能的影响。研究结果表明:粉煤灰掺量越大,加载端和自由端钢筋滑移量、加载端钢筋应变、黏结应力峰值越小;混凝土强度越高,自由端钢筋开始滑移时的荷载越大,加载端和自由端钢筋滑移量越小,加载端钢筋应变、黏结应力峰值越大;钢筋直径越大,加载端和自由端钢筋滑移量、加载端钢筋应变越小;与配置HRB335级钢筋的试件相比,配置HRB400级钢筋的试件自由端钢筋开始滑移时的荷载更大,加载端和自由端钢筋滑移量、加载端和自由端钢筋应变、所需的黏结长度更小,黏结应力峰值更大。

Abstract:Through the two test methods of pull-out test and beam-end test, the bond performance of reinforcement and fly ash concrete was studied. The influences of fly ash content, steel type, bar diameter, concrete strength and concrete cover depth on bond performance of fly ash concrete were analyzed. The results show that: the larger the content of fly ash, the smaller some variables such as the loading end slip, the free end slip, the rebar strain at the loading end and the peak bond stress. The higher the strength of concrete, the larger the load corresponding to the free end slip, the smaller the loading end slip and the free end slip, and the larger the rebar strain at the loading end and the bond stress peak value. The larger the steel bar diameter, the smaller the loading end slip, the free end slip and the rebar strain at the loading end. Compared with HRB335 steel, the load of HRB400 steel corresponding to the free end slip is larger. The loading end slip, the free end slip, the rebar strain at the loading end and the free end, and the required bond anchorage length are smaller, while the peak bond stress is larger.
