部分预应力混凝土梁无粘结筋极限应力的研究

摘    要:本文研究非预应力粘结钢筋对受弯的部分预应力混凝土梁中无粘结束极限应力的影响。试验研究了22根无粘结和4根有粘结部分预应力梁在三分点荷载作用下的抗弯性能。试验结果表明无粘结束中的应力主要取决于无粘结束和有粘结非预应力筋两者的配筋指标之和。用弯矩-曲率法分析结果与试验结果符合良好。最后给出了一个计算无粘结束极限应力的经验公式。

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of varying amount of nonprestress-ed reinforcement on the ultimate stress of unbonded prestressing tendons in flexure of partially prestressed concrete beams. The study was both experimental and analytical. 22 partially prestressed concrete beams with unbonded tendons and 4 with bonded tendons were tested. Test results show that the stress in unbonded tendons in flexure of beams is a function of the reinforcement indices of both the unbonded tendons and the bonded nonprestressed reinforcement.The analytical results agree well with the experimental results.An empirical equation, for estimating the ultimate stress in unbonded tendons is proposed in the paper.
