焊接工形柱承载能力的试验及理论研究

摘    要:本文对火焰切割再进行刨边的由三块140mm×8mm板焊接成的工形柱,在轴心荷载和偏心荷载作用下的承载能力进行了试验和理论研究。测定了残余应力,进行了拉伸试件和短柱试验,并对不同长细比和不同偏心距的中、长柱进行了轴心受压和偏心受压试验。对轴心受压柱按切线模量理论和极限承载能力理论进行了分析,对偏心受压柱按极限承载能力理论进行了计算,并都与试验结果进行了比较。对建议的轴心受压柱曲线同时给出解析表达式,对建议的偏心受压柱的ε-(σ_cr/σ_y)-λ曲线则给出等效的相关公式。

Abstract:This paper presents the experimental investigations and theoretical analyses of the load carrying capacity of both axially and eccentrically loaded columns of welded H section made of flame-cut and then edge planed plates. After the residual stresses had been measured,tension coupon tests,stub colnmn tests and tests of axially loaded and eccentrically loaded medium and fong columns were carried out. Axially loaded columns have been analysed by using the tangent modulus theory and the ultimate strength theory. All the theoretically analysed column curves were compared with the test results. Equivalent formulas and equivalent correlation formula of the recommended curves of axially loaded and eccentrically loaded columns of welded H section were also given respectively in the paper.
