| Abstract: | This paper expounds the legal basis of Time Bar Provisions for contractors*claims in FIDIC 1999 Conditions of Contract for Construction as well as its role in the contract,analyzes the causes of contract disputes arising therefrom,and discusses the resolutions of disputes according to the investigation of the international engineering contractors. |
