Problems and countermeasures for the construction of deep foundation pit projects

The deep foundation pit construction process has special safety requirements. It requires high stability on the outside of the foundation pit soil. The construction process must ensure the safety of nearby buildings, roads, sewage pipe network, water, electricity and gas equipments at the same time. Deep foundation pit support engineerings have many difficulties. However, these difficulties can be solved in the proper way. In this paper, the engineering problems and countermeasures are discussed.
