电网企业数据中台方案研究

随着电网企业各部门信息化的高速发展,沉淀了丰富的全域数据资源,但系统间数据未有效贯通、共享公用,企业在数据价值挖掘、数据对业务支撑、拓展新兴业务等方面有强烈需求。文章结合当前业界热烈讨论的数据中台战略,提出了电网企业数据中台的业务架构,给出了关键技术选型和技术验证步骤,并就数据中台的数据建模、数据服务两大能力,重点介绍了敏捷数据建模平台和基于SpringCloud的数据服务平台。最后以“企业客户电力大数据征信”为例,讲述如何利用数据中台构建对外变现的数据服务。文章的数据中台方案对电网企业在建设数据中台特别是分析建模、挖掘数据价值上具有一定的借鉴意义。

Research on Data Mid-Platform Scheme of Power Grid Enterprises

With the rapid development of IT construction in various departments of power grid enterprises,a wealth of global data resources has been accumulated.However,the data from different IT systems has not been effectively integrated and shared,and the enterprises have strong demand for data value mining,data-based business optimizing,and establishing innovative businesses.Based on the recent popular data mid-platform strategy,this paper provides a business architecture of data midplatform for power grid enterprises,and suggests key technical components and technical verification steps.Focused on two capabilities(data modeling and data service)of data mid-platform,we introduce the agile data modeling platform and the SpringCloud-based data service platform.Finally,a case study of“credit rating for enterprises based on big data of the power industry”shows how to build data services using the data mid-platform.This scheme is a reference for the construction of data midplatform for the power grid enterprises,especially in the data analysis,modeling and value mining.
