摘    要:采用改进的区域算法对燃煤飞灰声波团聚过程进行了数值模拟,以克服传统区域算法精度低、气溶胶总颗粒体积不易守恒等缺点.与实验数据的对比表明,数值模拟结果基本上能够较好地符合实验值,仅在粒径较大时由于大颗粒的重力沉降使数值模拟计算值略高于实验值.计算和实验结果均表明,频率对声波团聚的影响很大.对于燃煤飞灰气溶胶,最佳团聚频率为1 400 Hz左右.随着气溶胶停留时间的增加和声压级的增强,燃煤飞灰声波团聚效果变好.

Abstract:Sectional algorithm is usually used to numerically simulate acoustic agglomeration process.However,this algorithm has low precision and cannot preserve total aerosol particle volume.In the paper,an improved sectional algorithm was introduced to overcome the above shortcomings.A numerical simulation was carried out using the new method.The results of numerical simulation agree well with the experiment.The numerical result was slightly higher than the experiment result for large particles due to gravity setting.The optimal frequency for coal-fired fly ash ag-glomeration is about 1 400 Hz.Agglomeration is enhanced with the increase of residence time or sound pressure lev-els.
