离心泵高效率运行的方法与措施

摘    要:本文分析了离心泵工作效率低下的因,运行工况点偏离设计工况是造成离心泵效率低下的主要原因;离心泵内存在流动损失和冲击使离心泵运行效率低下;实用中离心泵自身效率以及管路效率低下也造成能源浪费。本文给出了离心泵的高效工作范围的概念并提出解决离心泵实际运行效率低下的方法,其中包括减少离心泵的水力损失,进行切割叶轮和调节转速以及改善密封等措施。详述了离心泵选择应该注意的问题。

Abstract:The article analyses the reason of the low efficiency of the acentric pumps at work.The mainly reason is the practical work point away from the design point,and the lost of the flow and the strike inside acentric pumps makes the acentric pumps low efficiency.In fact,the low efficiency of the acentric pump itself and the pipeline brings about the lost of the power.The article introduces the concept of the efficacious work around of acentric pumps and puts forward the ways to resolve the low efficiency in practicality,which include the measures to reduce the lost of water power and put up the cut impellers and the rotate speed changed as well as improve the airproofing.It explains how to select pumps.
