油田注汽锅炉过热爆管故障智能诊断方法

摘    要:本文分析了国内注汽锅炉故障诊断方法,在利用小波变换分析注汽锅炉蒸汽干度的基础上,将径向基神经网络专家系统应用于注汽锅炉过热爆管的故障诊断。文章介绍了诊断系统的结构、学习算法和诊断步骤,提出了一种油田注汽锅炉的智能故障诊断方法。仿真结果证明了该方法的准确率与可靠性。

Abstract:This article analyses the fault diagnosis method of oilfield steam-injection boiler.Using wavelet transform to analyse the dryness fraction,the article applies the RBFNNES to the fault diagnosis of superheat squib of the steam-injection boiler.This article introduced the diagnosis system's structure,the learning algorithm and the diagnosis step,and proposed the steam-injection boiler's intelligent fault diagnosis method.The simulation results prove the method's rate of accuracy and reliability.
