摘    要:流化床锅炉的点火方式大致分为床上静态点火、床上流态化点火和床下热烟气流态化点火三种方式.本文所开发的非水冷风室床下热烟气流态化点火方式具有设备简单、操作方便、燃料消耗少和启动迅速等优点,在水煤浆流化-悬浮燃烧锅炉的启动过程中获得了极大的成功.本文总结了胜利油田10余台水煤浆流化-悬浮燃烧锅炉在启动过程中采用非水冷风室床下热烟气点火技术的运行经验,并探讨了该技术在流化床锅炉启动过程中的应用前景,对同类型锅炉的运行具有指导意义.

Abstract:There are three ignition methods for circulating fluidized bed boiler:static ignition,fluidization ignition on bed and hot fume fluidization ignition.This paper developed an ignition method of non-hydrocooling wind box hot fume fluidization ignition under bed.It has the advantages of simple equipment,easy operation,small consumption of fuel,rapid start-up,and achieves a good success in start-up of coal water slurry fluidization-suspension boiler.This paper summarized more than ten boilers' operating experiences of start-up of coal water slurry fluidization-suspension boiler in Shengli oil field,and discussed the future of application of this technology in CFB start-up,which has significance of instruction for the same type of boiler operation.
