基于Fluent的冷却器腔内流场的数值分析

摘    要:通过对温差发电系统冷却器的物理模型进行了合理的简化处理后,应用Fluent通用软件,采用SIMPLE算法及标准k-ε湍流模型,对温差发电系统的冷却器内部的流场进行了三维数值分析。比较三种不同结构的冷却器在不同流速下的换热效果,定量结果表明加翅片冷却器在换热方面远优于未加翅片冷却器,在节能应用中有较大潜力。

Abstract:By means of simplified physical model of the thermoelectric generator' s cooler and Fluent software, adopting the SIMPLE algorithm and k - ε model, a 3D inner flow of the thermoelectric system cooler was simulated numerically. Comparing the heat performance among three different structures at different air velocities, we can conclude qualitatively that heat performance of the heat exhanger with fins is far better than that of the heat exchanger without fins and the new structure offers some potential for new device energy conservation applications.
