特高含水油田成本变化规律影响因素分析

摘    要:我国很多油田进入了特高含水阶段,通过对特高含水油田生产成本变化规律进行研究,找到降低高含水区油田成本的方法 ,对我国油田目前的经营管理具有重要的现实意义。以我国某东部油田采油厂为例,以2006~2012年该厂的生产数据和2006~2012年中国统计年鉴中有关原材料、燃料、动力购进价格等数据构建数据库(以2006年为基期),利用SPSS软件指数分析了含水率、电力价格、物价这三个主控因素对单位完全成本、操作成本的影响。分析结果表明,含水率、电力价格、物价均与单位完全成本、操作成本呈正相关,对单位完全成本、操作成本影响很大。提出了降低高含水油田生产成本的措施建议:实施"科技降本"战略,有针对性地开展科技攻关,采取降低含水率、降低产液量的新技术和新方法降低采油成本;分析不同的油藏类型的特点,把油井划分为A、B、C三个不同的等级进行成本管理;调整成本工艺结构,获取经济产量效益。

Abstract:Many oilfields have entered into extra-high water cut period in China.The method of cutting the cost may be found through the research on change rule of the production cost in the high-water cut oilfield.It is significant for present management in the oilfields in China.Certain oil production plant of eastern oilfields in China is taken as an example.Database is established based on the production data in this plant and data of raw material,fuel and purchasing price of the power in the Chinese statistical yearbook in 2006-2012.The effect of water cut,electricity price and commodity price these three main controlling factors on complete cost and operation cost is analyzed by SPSS software index.Analysis results show that they have positive correla-tion with great effect.Measures for cutting the production cost in the high water cut oilfield are suggested.The cost may be cut through the science and technology.Key problems may be tackled and new technologies and methods may be adopted to reduce the water cut,fluid production and oil production cost.Characteristics of different oil reservoirs are analyzed and oil wells are divided into A,B and C three classes for cost management.The cost of technological structure may be adjusted to get more economic production effect.
