扶余油田压裂技术发展方向研究

摘    要:压裂改造技术已成为低渗透油田开发的主要手段,也是低渗透油田稳产的重要保障,在增油方面与其他技术相比,有着明显优势.随着油田开发的不断深入,以及储层改造的对象变得越来越复杂,压裂技术必须与井网特点紧密结合,以改善注采关系为重点,多种配套措施结合应用,实现区块整体改造,从而有效提高水驱采收率.以处于开发后期的扶余油田为实验对象,分析压裂技术在高含水老油田的实施效果,并对现存的瓶颈问题开展技术攻关,探索压裂技术未来的发展方向.提出压裂改造技术与注采井网相结合;研究合理的压裂周期,提高油层导流能力;采取压裂和调剖、堵水、分采等多项措施技术配套应用,综合调整区块的注采矛盾,实现剩余可采储量的有效动用;发展特殊工艺井压裂技术,对疑难井挖潜等措施,为扶余油田产能建设目标的顺利实现提供技术保证.

Abstract:Fracturing technology has become the main means of development now,and is also the importance guarantee for stable production in the low permeability oilfield.It has obvious advantages on stimulation compared with other technologies.With advancement of oilfield exploration and development as well as the more and more complicated fracturing targets,the fracturing technology should be applied with multi-kinds of matching measures according to the pattern characteristics.Integral reformation of the block may be realized with the key of injection-production relationship improving,and water flooding recovery will be enhanced effectively.Taking Fuyu oilfield in late development period as an experimental target,the effect of fracturing technology in the developed oilfield with high water cut are analyzed,and the current bottleneck problems and the future development trend of the fracturing technology are researched.It suggests that the fracturing technology should be applied according to the injection-production pattern.Appropriate fracturing cycle should be researched for enhancing flow conductivity of the oil reservoirs.The matching technologies of profile control,water plugging and selective production should be applied for integrated adjustment of injection-production contradiction of the whole block with the aim of effective producing of the remaining recoverable reserves.New fracturing technology should be developed for special technology wells and measures of tapping the potential of difficult wells should be researched,which will provide technical guarantee for realizing the productivity construction target in Fuyu oilfield.
