南方电网抽水蓄能电站自动发电控制功能研究与应用

摘    要:抽水蓄能电站自动发电控制功能是电站的核心控制功能,抽水蓄能电站工况复杂,具备水泵、调相等特殊工况,其自动发电控制逻辑较常规电站复杂。本文以南方电网所辖的各抽水蓄能电站为例,详细介绍了南方电网抽水蓄能电站自动发电控制功能的主要控制算法,包括发电工况成组控制、抽水工况成组启动控制算法等,为抽水蓄能电站自动发电控制功能设计提供参考。

Research and Application of Automatic Generation Control of Pump Storage Power Station in China Southern Power Grid

Abstract:Automatic Generation Control(AGC)is the most important control function of pump storage power stations(PSP).Because of the special working mode of PSP units,for example,pump and condenser working mode,AGC control algorithm in PSP is more complicated than conventional hydro power station.This paper takes PSP operating in China Southern power Grid(CSG)as an example to introduce AGC algorithm of PSP in CSG,including generation joint control,pump joint control and so on.The algorithm described in this paper can provide reference for the design of PSP control function.
