| 摘 要： | 最近几年扶梯事故频发，电梯的安全性能越来越受佘众和媒体的高度关注。GB16899—2011《自动扶梯和自动人行道帝遣与安装安全规范》于2011年7月29日颁布并实施，其内容增加了自动扶梯与自动人行道扶手带速度监．拄装置。本文提出了一种该装置的新型检测方法，对快速准确的检测该功能的有效性起到一定的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Es, ：alator accidents frequently happened in recent years.The safety performance of the elevator was highly concerned l：y the public and media. GB16899-2011 ＂safety rules for the construction and installation of escalators and moving walks ＂ was promulgated and implemented in July 29, 2011,which added the content of speed monitoring device. This paper presented a new detection method of the device which played a positive role in detecting rapidly and ace urately. |
