西北750 kV电网规划新进展及重大问题探讨

提出了"十一五"期间,西北750kV电网发展的主要目标:建设覆盖五省(区)的750kV主干网架、推进外送电通道建设及扩大西电东送规模、实现新疆与陕甘青宁750kV同步联网、实现西北电网与西藏联网。论述了西北750kV电网规划的重点:建设坚强的750kV主干网架,保障大型电源满发送出及各负荷中心电网可靠供电;加强主要潮流断面及送电通道建设,不断满足区域内省(区)际间电力电量交换大幅度增长的需求,不断提高西北电网的外送电能力。探讨了大电网的安全稳定、高低压电磁环网、高低电压等级电网协调发展、外送电市场空间的落实及外送通道建设的推进、主力电源接入系统和750kV与1000kV电网的衔接等问题。

Discussion on New Development and Major Issues in Northwest 750 kV Power Grid Project

The main development aims of the Northwest China 750 kV power grid in the eleventh 5-year planning are put forward in this paper.Firstly,the framework of 750 kV network covering most of the five northwest provinces should be constructed.Secondly,a large volume of electrical power should be delivered from the northwest to the central and eastern areas of China.Thirdly,interconnections with the Sinkiang and Tibet power network should be accomplished,synchronously or asynchronously.Also,the key of the 750 kV grid planning is presented,for example,to guarantee reliable power delivery between bulk power generation and loads,to enhance the capability of Northwest grid for power exporting,etc.Moreover,issues are discussed which will emerge with the fast growing of the Northwest 750 kV grid,such as the safety and stability of a large power system,the risks of electromagnetic loop circuit,the coordination of networks in different voltage levels,and so on.
