摘    要:梭式窑内气体的流动与换热状况极为复杂,而流动与换热状况是影响产品质量和生产效率的重要因素,因此开展这方面的理论与实验研究具有重要的意义和价值。通过计算流体力学(CFD)软件——FLUENT6.2模拟研究梭式窑内气体流动与换热,为梭式窑结构优化、节能降污等进行基础性研究。

Abstract:The flow and heat transfer are very complicated in the shuttle kiln,they have very important influence on the quality of products and producing efficiency,so it's very significant to develop academic research and experiment about it.Therefore,using fluent software to simulate and research the flow and heat transfer in the shuttle kiln,and to optimize the kiln structure save energy and reduce pollution and so on.
