摘    要:建立了采用分级进风方式的旋流燃烧室实验装置。在此实验装置上分别对天然气进行了湍流旋流燃烧的实验研究。在保持过量空气系数不变的条件下,测量了在不同外二次风旋流数下,燃烧室内烟气的时均温度场,O2,CO2,CO和NO浓度场的分布。由实验结果分析讨论了二次风旋流数对旋流燃烧室内湍流燃烧及NOx生成的影响。

Abstract:An experimental facility for swirl combustor with staged air injection was designed. This paper studied on the swirling turbulent combustion using nature gas as fuel. Maintained the excess air ratio as constant, the distribution of flue gas temperature, CO2, O2, CO and NO concentrations were obtained under different swirl number for the external secondary air in swirl combustor. The effects of swirl number for the external secondary air on combustion and NOx formation are discussed.
