摘    要:在详细分析了连续热镀锌退火炉热工工艺特点的基础上,全面系统地综述了国内外连续热镀锌退火炉优化控制策略,并对目前常用的基于数学模型的带钢温度优化控制策略和基于智能优化技术的控制策略进行了阐述。所做工作对实施连续退火炉优化控制具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:For the characters of strip hot dip galvanizing annealing furnace, this paper analyses the optimal control strategy of continuous an- nealing furnace (CAF) both at home and abroad. Propose the general methodology for mathematical model based control system designing of CAF. In addition give a brief discussion for application of intelligent control. The conclusion has some direction significant for designing and optimal controlling of CAF.
