| 摘 要： | 开发了小断面连铸机水口快换系统,大包下水口与保护套管之间环缝式吹氩密封,塞棒透气孔吹氩,中间包上水口内腔弥散式吹氩,以及在上下水口间吹氩密封,这几项关键技术的开发,使得08Al等铝镇静钢能够在小断面连铸机上成功生产。

| Abstract: | Rapid change system of immersed nozzle on small section continuous caster has been exploited.Such key technologies have been developed as rounding argon airproof between the lower ladle nozzle and the protecting thimble,argon blowing of stopper rod aperture,lumen dispersion argon blowing of the upper tundish nozzle,and argon airproof between the lower and upper nozzle of tundish.Thus the Al-killed steel such as 08Al has successfully been produced on small section continuous caster. |
