基于DYP-ME007超声波模块的液位测量系统设计

摘    要:为了在有毒、易爆、高温、高压等环境中快速准确检测液体液位,系统以STC89C51单片机为核心,采用超声波测距模块DYP-ME007,利用超声波测距原理,由STC89C51单片机控制DYP-ME007模块发射超声波,遇到被测液面反射后模块接收回波,通过单片机记录超声波经过路径所用时间,计算出超声波走过距离,从而得到液位的高度,本文完成了系统的硬件电路和软件编程的设计.经实验表明:系统测量范围在2~400 cm,测量精度1 cm,符合实际需要.

Abstract:In order to rapidly and accurately detect the liquid level in the toxic, explosive, high temperature, high pressure environment, system uses STC89C51 rnicrocontroller as the core,using ultrasonic ranging module of DYP-ME007,the use of ultrasonic ranging principle, controlled by STC89C51 single chip microcomputer DYP-ME007 module launch ultrasonic, encounter module receives the echo is reflec- ted by the measured level, the recorded ultrasonic path through the time, calculated the ultrasonic wave through the distance, so as to get the height of the liquid level, this paper completes the design of hardware circuit and software programming of the system. The experimental results show that the measurement system in the range of 2 - 400cm, measurement accuracy of 1 cm, correspond with the actual needs.
