摘    要:在介绍了无焰燃烧思想及其常规蓄热式高温空气实现技术的基础上,重点介绍了本课题组发展的常温空气无焰燃烧技术,并对其进行了效率、环保、经济性、安全性和应用范围等特性分析,该技术不但完全保留了高温空气无焰燃烧技术相对于传统燃烧的优点,并且不需要复杂的预热系统和换向机构,避免了燃烧过程的脉动,适用于低排烟温度或含灰量较大排烟的燃料的直接燃烧,具有一定的技术优势和更广泛的应用范围。

Abstract:Based on the presentation of flameless combustion thinking and the general high temperature air implementation technology with the accumulation of heat,this paper mainlyintroduced a new normaltemperature air flameless combustion technology,and analyzed its specific features including efficiency,environmental protection,economy,safety,applications,concluded that the technology not only possesses the virtues of high temperature air combustion,but also needs no high temperature air preheating system and exchanging wheel to avoid the pulses during combustion,and can apply to direct combustion of the fuel which the temperature of exhaust flue gas is lower or the capacity of ash in exhaust flue gas is more.So normal temperature air flameless combustion technology has the superiority to HTAC and a wider application.
