| 摘 要： | 文中总结了为电厂机组生产准备所进行的仿真机运行培训，通过对运行人员进行基础理论、机组启动和停运、运行调整和事故处理等一系列的理论和操作培训，结合科学全面的考核方法，使仿真机运行培训成为培养合格运行人员的有效途径。

| Abstract: | A fulfilled program on the simulate system to train operating-crews of new-constructive units is summarized. The sequence is made up of a series of theoretical and practical trainings such as basic education, unit start and stop operation, normal regulation and accident treatments. The program is authentically proved to be an effective way to train qualified crews with a scientific and comprehensive examination. |
