Pt/C催化剂催化微晶纤维素加氢的研究

摘    要:通过对Pt/C催化剂催化转化微晶纤维素的研究,探讨了纤维素催化转化的反应机理及反应温度、H2压力、反应时间对纤维素转化率和乙二醇选择性的影响,同时考察了超声波预处理微晶纤维素,讨论了超声时间对微晶纤维素催化加氢转化率的影响。试验结果表明,随着反应温度、H2压力的增大和反应时间的延长,纤维素转化率逐渐增加,在250℃,H2压力为4 MPa,反应2 h时,微晶纤维素的转化率可达到80.08%,乙二醇的选择性为70.02%。随着超声时间的延长,微晶纤维素的转化率逐渐增大,超声20 min后变化不明显。

Abstract:The influences of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure,reaction time on the conversion of crystalline cellulose and the selectivity of ethylene glycol are studied.While microcrystalline cellulose were proposed by ultrasonic pretreatment and the influence of ultrasonic time on the conversion ratio of microcrystalline cellulose was discussed.The results showed that with the reaction temperature,H2 pressure,reaction time increased,the cellulose conversion increased gradually.In the condition of 250 ℃,H2 pressure of 4 MPa,reaction time 2 h,microcrystalline cellulose conversion could reach 80.08%,and the selectivity of ethylene alcohol could reach 70.02%.With the ultrasonic time extend,the conversion of microcrystalline cellulose changed not obvious after 20 min.
