摘    要:某燃气轮机在检修中发现透平二级静叶有烧蚀穿孔现象,通过对潜在原因分析排除,最终确认是值 班喷嘴燃烧中产生的碳粒子冲蚀热障涂层(TBC ),使叶片金属母材长时间暴露在高温燃气中导致氧化腐蚀穿 孔。随后在原有值班喷嘴基础上增加冷却空气孔,目的是吹散燃烧中析出的碳素附着物,避免形成碳粒子, 改造后经过实际运行小时(A0H)近20 000 h的运行,证明能有效解决该烧蚀问题,保证了设备的安全运行。

Abstract:During the maintenance of a gas turbine, it was found that the second stage nozzle of the turbine was ablated and perforated. Through the analysis and elimination of the potential causes, it was finally confirmed that carbon particles generated duringthe combustion of pilot nozzle eroded the thermal barrier coating, exposing the base metal of the blade to high-temperature gas for a long time, resulting in oxidation corrosion and perforation. Then, cooling air holes were added on the original pilot nozzle for blowing away the carbon attachments precipitated in the combustion to avoid the formation of carbon particles. After nearly 20 000 actual operating hours of operation, it was proved that the ablation problem had been solved which could make the equipment running more safety.
