湿式电除尘器用于控制燃煤烟气污染物的测评

湿式电除尘器是一种对多污染物深度控制的环保设备。介绍了长兴岛第二发电厂将湿式电除尘器用于控制燃煤烟气污染物的工程特点以及湿式电除尘器投运后的性能试验。通过对燃煤烟气多种污染物的检测,分析与解读了测试烟尘、微细颗粒物与PM2.5、烟气三氧化硫、雾滴与石膏雨、烟气二氧化硫的方法、排污标准、检测数据和试验结果,并进行了综合评价。试验结果表明,国产除尘设备对多种污染物的控制效果与三菱、日立技术基本相当。分析认为,在绿色、环保的大环境下推广应用湿式电除尘技术时要注意:增加比集尘面积可以进一步提高燃煤烟气污染物的净化能力;采取间断冲洗工艺流程可以降低水力清灰水;消除烟气携带游离水分的关键是设计要优化。

Comprehensive Evaluation for Wet Electrostatic Precipitator used to Control the Coal-fired Flue Gas Pollutants

Wet electrostatic precipitator is a kind of environmental protection equipment for depth control of multi pollutant. This paper introduces engineering characteristics of wet electrostatic precipitator used by Changxing Island No. 2 Power Plant to control the coal-fired flue gas pollutants and operation performance test for the wet electrostatic precipitator. Through the detection of coal-fired flue gas pollutants, analyze and understand the test method, emission standards, test data and test results of the dust, fine particulate matter and PM2.5, three sulfur dioxide flue gas, droplet and gypsum rain, flue gas sulfur dioxide, also a comprehensive evaluation was carried out. The test results show that the pollution control effect of national equipment is the same with technology of MITSUBISH1 and HITACHI. After analysis, when applying wet electrostatic precip itation technology under the green, environmental protection situation, we should pay attention to following things： increase the collection area can further improve the purification ability of coal-fired flue gas pollutants; taking intermittent flushing process can reduce the hydraulic ash water; design optimization can eliminate gas carrying free water.
