基于改进灰色关联度赋权方法的电网投资效益评价模型

完善的电网总体投资效益评价不仅能对电网规划和投资决策起到重要的指导作用，且有利于电网企业的可持续发展。根据电网投资的实际工作，考虑影响电网供电能力的显性和隐性效益，同时加入社会效益的影响因素，构建了电网总体投资效益评价指标体系，利用改进灰色关联度赋权的方法确定指标权重，建立了电网投资效益综合评价模型，并通过天津地区电网公司真实统计数据对所构建的评价模型进行了验证。结果表明，该模型有效、可行，可作为电网投资规划的决策依据。

Investment Benefit Evaluation Model of Grid Enterprise Based on Improved Gray Correlation Degree Method

Investment benefit evaluation for power grid plays an important guiding role in grid planning and investment decision-making, and it is conducive for the sustainable development of the electric power companies. Based on the practical work of grid investment, a comprehensive evaluation index system is built. In the index system, the distinction between the dominant and recessive benefits of grid investment is concerned, and the influencing factors of the social benefits are considered in the model. Then the evaluation model is constructed by using improved grey correlation degree method to determine the index weight. The evaluation of a regional power grid companies (Tianjin Electric Power Company) exemplifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the model. The results show that the model is feasible and effective, which provides a decision-making basis for grid investment and planning.
