| Abstract: | A new scheme for silts harnessing of the Yellow River based on the analysis of the cause of silts formation in loess plateau is proposed. The effect on flood prevention and water conservancy are demonstrated. The evolution tendency of the middle reaches area and the tributary of river is analyzed. |
