基于ANSYS的大体积混凝土浇筑过程仿真分析

摘    要:基于热传导原理,结合混凝土热力学性能、水温和气温资料,综合考虑施工过程中水泥水化热、水管冷却、弹性模量变化等因素对混凝土浇筑过程的影响,采用三维有限元ANSYS软件模拟施工过程,通过APDL语言编辑各种功能的宏文件,选用合适的仿真参数,计算实际工程中混凝土内部的温度场和应力场的分布情况,仿真计算结果与工程实际情况吻合较好,对指导工程实践具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:By means of ANSYS and APDL language, combined with the principle of heat conduction, thermodynamic performance of concrete, and the data of air and water temperatures, simulation analysis of a concrete block during the construction period is performed by comprehensively considering the influence of hydration heat, water cooling, different elastic modulus and other factors. The simulation result is accordance with the engineering actual situation. All these have great reference value for construction of similar projects.
