摘    要:针对设计洪水过程线同频率放大法中手工修匀的不足,提出采用计算机优化方法实现洪水过程的自动放大.基于相似原理建立了一种推求设计洪水过程线的优化模型,并采用杂交粒子群算法求解该模型,以改进标准PSO算法的全局寻优能力.实例表明,该模型完全控制了设计洪水洪峰和洪量,有效保持了典型洪水模式,避免了人工修匀的任意性和复杂性.

Abstract:Aiming at overcoming the deficiency of the traditional same-frequency flood amplification method,a new optimal computerized method for the flood process is presented. This paper sets up an optimal model to calculate the design flood hydrograph based on similar principle and uses particle swarm of cross operator optimization algorithm to solve it. The global convergence capacity in the new algorithm is improved. From the case study,it can be seen that the results of the new method not only fully controls the peak discharge and flood volumes of design flood but also holds the typical flood pattern,avoiding the randomicity and complexity of manual amending.
