| 摘 要： | 以福建电网为例,对水口水电厂黑启动初期系统的静态稳定性进行了计算分析,结果表明所拟定的方案是有效可行的.同时也提出了相关的建议,为福建电网各级调度运行部门提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | Taking Fujian Power Grid as an example,static stability of initial system under black start at Shuikou hydropower Plant is analysed and calculated. The results show that the scheme is effective and feasible. Moreover,some suggestions are proposed to help all levels of dispatch and operation department of Fujian Power Grid. |
