推求设计洪水及库容的统计理论方法

从理论上阐述了现行拟定设计洪水过程线方法不符概率统计原理之处，指出调节库容是时段洪量组合频率的多值函数，将过程形状特征通过“分配劣度”与设计库容相关联得出二元概率统计方法，从理论上考虑了过程对调节库容的影响。

A THEORETICAL STOCHASTIC METHOD OF DESIGN FLOOD AND REGULATING CAPACITY

This study points out major problems of current methods which are not in accordance with probability stochastic principles and physical sense. It is found that the storage capacity needed is a multiple value function of combination frequency about volume of floods in all periods of one hydrograph. This method of dual-dimension probability stochastics considers in quantum the effects of flood process on regulating storage capacity with a relation between characters of flood process and storage capacity through medium of dangerous degree of distribution. The work is a substantial reform upon traditional me thods.
