输电线路造价水平变化的影响因素及影响量化分析

为合理降低输电线路工程造价,提高工程投资回报率,以某地区2008~2013年竣工投产的220kV输电线路工程为例,引入数理统计理论和方法,深入揭示总体样本、高造价水平样本和低造价水平样本的造价水平和造价波动状况,并分析了工程量、价格水平、建场费及其他影响因素对造价水平的影响,同时量化了各影响因素的影响程度。结果表明,线路走廊日益拥挤是导致输电线路工程造价水平和工程量上涨的主要原因。

Influencing Factors and Quantitative Analysis of Transmission Line Cost

To reasonably reduce the transmission line project cost and improve the project investment returns, taking 220 kV transmission line project in a certain area completed from 2008 to 2013 as an example, the theory and method of mathematical statistics are used to reveal the cost level and cost fluctuation of the overall sample, high-cost sample and low-cost sample. And then it analyzes the influence of quantities, cost, field construction cost and other factors on the level of the cost. Finally, the degree of influence of various influencing factors is quantified. The results show that the increasingly crowded corridor is a major cause of transmission line project cost level and quantities rose.
