基于AHM-可拓评价法的城市雨水管道风险评估

摘    要:为探讨城市雨水管道风险评估方法,根据城市雨水管道的自身状况和环境情况,采用属性层次模型(AHM)及可拓评价法,从雨水管道结构性安全、排水能力、环境影响和管道重要程度四个方面评估雨水管道的风险,并建立城市雨水管道风险评估模型。以合肥市A路段雨水管道为例,通过计算各评估指标的关联度进行风险评估,根据综合关联度确定该雨水管道属于"安全性差"的评估等级,验证了评估模型的可操作性及合理性,可为城市雨水管道风险研究与管理提供参考。

Abstract:The objective of this paper is to discuss the method of urban rainwater pipeline risk assessment. According to the status and environmental conditions of urban rainwater pipelines, the attribute hierarchy-based model (AHM) and the extensible evaluation method are used to evaluate the risk of rainwater pipelines and establish a risk assessment model of urban rainwater pipelines from four aspects of structural safety, drainage capacity, environmental impact and importance of pipelines. Taking the rainwater pipelines of section A of Hefei City as an example, the risk assessment is carried out by calculating the correlation degree of each evaluation indicator. The comprehensive correlation indicates that the rainwater pipeline belongs to the evaluation level of "poor safety". It verifies the operability and rationality of the evaluation model, which can provided reference for the risk research and management of urban rainwater pipelines.
